Emaar Malls Group LLC, the retail and shopping mall subsidiary of Emaar Properties PJSC, is undertaking innovative expansion into the retail and shopping mall sector.

Announcing investments in shopping malls of over US$4 billion (AED 15 billion) with 10 million sq ft of retail property in operation or under development in the emerging markets of the Middle East, North Africa, the Indian Subcontinent and South Asia, Emaar Malls Group is on target to become one of the largest developers of shopping malls in the world.

At the forefront of these developments is the flagship - The Dubai Mall, the world’s largest mall, located in the heart of the Downtown Burj Dubai. The mall is a premier lifestyle, shopping and entertainment destination.

The Dubai Mall
Located in the heart of the prestigious Downtown Burj Dubai mixed-use development, The Dubai Mall, is the world’s largest mall. Souk Al Bahar
Souk Al Bahar, which opened in December 2007 is an Arabesque shopping and entertainment development located at The Old Town Island, within the prestigious Downtown Burj Dubai mixed-use development. It is an ideal complement to its surrounding community, where some of the world’s most ambitious developments are planned including Burj Dubai, the world’s tallest building.



Souk Al Bahar features 100 stores including more than 22 food and beverage outlets framing the souk’s waterfront promenade - truly defining itself as an entertainment and leisure destination.
